Issue: MAMP not starting or opening
There are two ways to correct this issue, the first step involves restarting MAMP though the command line using the following command:
sudo /Applications/MAMP/Library/bin/apachectl -k restart
The second option requires a little more work, but by doing this PilotKit will match the latest build, and assures future updates and release to work properly. This options gets rid off MAMP, since the release of PilotKit 3.0.0 support for MAMP was dropped in favor of using MacOS native support and MYSQL through homebrew.
Make sure your PilotKit version is a least 3.1.3 in order to proceed. In order to enable the native support from MacOS and then copy and paste the following into your terminal
sudo chmod 777 /Applications/PilotKit/core/shell/Installer.sh; sudo bash /Applications/PilotKit/core/shell/Installer.sh
This will enable support for PHP from MacOS.
