Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the pilotkit.co website. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Use License

1) Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on PilotKit web site for personal and commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

a) Modify or copy or sell the materials;
b) Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on PilotKit web site;
c) Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
d) Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

2) This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by PilotKit at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Automatic Upgrades

Upgrades are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product upgrades.


After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link and support license key. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. The link we send will only be good for 3 attempts.


As PilotKit is a non-tangible digital good, we do not generally offer refunds. By purchasing PilotKit, you agree to these terms. We may consider a refund for the PilotKit provided that all the following criteria have been met:

You have purchased PilotKit in the last thirty (30) days

You have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team.
Our support team has determined that the PilotKit cannot be installed in your environment
No refunds will be issued more than thirty (30) days after purchase of the PilotKit.
NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

Price Changes

Epikly LLC reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a support license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.


Your subscription may be paused only two times each for a period of 15 days. After 15 days your subscription will resume again and you will be charged the plan price you selected previously unless you cancel your subscription, which will not allow you to use PilotKit.


In no event shall PilotKit or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PilotKit’s Internet site, even if PilotKit authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
